File a Complaint with the DPU

If you have a problem with Unitil and cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, you can file a complaint online, by fax, or by mail with the Department of Public Utilities.

Do one of the following:

• File an online complaint by filling out the DPU's online Consumer Complaint Form. (The link will take you to the DPU's site.)
• File a complaint by fax or mail by printing and filling out this form. (You need Adobe Reader to view and print the form. The link will take you to the Adobe site.) Fax the completed form to 617-305-3742 or mail it to:
