“Unitil Bill” Signing
On November 12, 2009, Gov. Patrick signed the “Unitil bill” into law at the Lunenburg Town Hall. This law allows the state to hold utilities accountable, and it provides consequences when they fail to serve the public in an appropriate, safe, and responsible manner.
